BROCHURE REQUIREMENTS

Finished Document Size: 4” x 9”


Please add 1/8” bleed to entire document.

Please keep all printed material (Type, Logos, or any
Item you wish to stay whole) at least 1/4” from edge of
document to ensure they will not be trimmed off when
the brochure gets to the bindery for completion.

COMPLETION

When you have completed assembling your final brochure
files, please consider the following recommendations
to ensure the highest quality for your product.

IF NATIVE (WORKING) FILES ARE SUPPLIED:

-All fonts used to produce your brochure are supplied.
-All graphics (pictures, logos, line art etc.) are supplied.
-All pictures are CMYK, and have a resolution of or as
near to 300 dpi as possible.
-If your files are created in Corel Draw, please save the
files as Illustrator EPS with all text converted to curves.

IF PDF FILES ARE SUPPLIED:

-All fonts must be embedded.
-Files contain 1/8” bleed to all sides of your brochure.
-All pictures are CMYK, and have a resolution of or as
near to 300 dpi as possible.
-Crop marks are included.
-Large black areas contain boosts (a mix of 30% cyan
& 100% black)

Failure to follow these recommendations may result
in a less than perfect end product.
